Enterprise Manager 13c becomes unresponsive while discovering RAC databases

I have setup EM13c on RHEL 7.2 ,Physical box.having 46GB and swap size of 23G as seen below.

While Discovering Databases from EM13c UI for  RAC 12c cluster of 2 nodes, Chrome UI stops responding  and had to kill the UI  instance.  Please let me know ,how the response can be optimised and stop UI unresponsive behaviour during major operations.Attached UI snapshots.

[root@cft-s18 ~]# free -g

              total        used        free      shared  buff/cache   available

Mem:             46           7           0          35          38           2

Swap:            23           0          23
