Error while uploading ACA Correction file

We are on PS 9.1 and had submitted original files in Mar 2016. Some files were accepted with errors. So our benefit team made the needed corrections and ran the process in correction mode. Files were created successfully and looked good. However, when we tried uploading the files to IRS, got following error -

[TPE 1106] The Manifest file does not match our current schema. 

In particular, our system has detected a potential issue with the following element(s):

 

air7.0:UniqueTransmissionId and

air7.0:ACATransmitterMAnifestReqDtl

Did any of you face this issue? What could be the reason of this error? Please suggest.
