Need a script to query users who have access to a particular menu

I am in an EBS 12.2 environment. I need to figure out a way to find out users and responsibilities in the system that have access to certain specific menus, such as the "Bank Account Maintenance" (CE_BA_MAINTENANCE). Any help is appreciated.
