R07136 Where is the Documentation?

We are looking for some documentation to explain what the R07136 does and what tables it updates, etc. I know it updates the F06166 but anything else? How does this integrity report work with the R077011B? any assistance with detailed information on the R07136 is needed and greatly appreciated!
