How to address the new 3 decimal mileage rate of .535 for 2017?

How to address the new mileage rates for 2017?  The new mileage rate of .535 instead of .54 does not seem possible in JDE 9.2.. We enter Mileage rates via equipment rate application P12110. The rate field (EBRT) is only 2 Decimal positions. How are other companies handling this rate change in E1 9.2? We were (initially) told by Oracle that there is nothing in place to handle the new 3 decimal position. And that we would have to customize ourselves, which seems odd since this is an IRS mandated rate.  How is everyone handling this?
