9.0 W-2 printing e-file logo

We have just taken all the current year end ESU's we are using the XJDE0004BI and the e-file logo on some of our companies is dropping down to the bottom of page 2 instead of the top of page 1 so it is shifting the mailing address so it does not fit in the envelope.  We are in the process of an upgrade to 9.2 but we need the W-2's out before we upgrade.  This is not happening in 9.2 but in 9.2 on the back page we have a different issue, on the items listed A-?? it is supposed
