Custom application and adsplice

I followed note 1577707.1 to register a new apps, after editing xxsecterr.txt (application is xxsec) I set

# product names in this language

c xxsec xxsec_custom_app

and then ran adsplice, after this I see a new custom app registered as follows:

Application                    Short Name      Base Path         Description

xxsec custom app         XXSEC             XXSEC_TOP     xxsec custom app

I 'm being requested to chage "Application" and "Description"  to "Secured CONTRACTS apps", is it possible to re register with adsplice, by modifying xxsecterr.txt and changing "#product names in this language" to "Secured CONTRACTS apps".
