Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Pay Grade / Step - Salary

Hello,

In P0801, Basic compensation screen we are selecting the pay grade / step and based on this we are trying to allocate the salary.

Here, though we are selecting out of range salary it is not throwing any error.

Attaching the document with the steps i followed.

Is there any set up that we need to do to fix this issue.
