Hi Team,

Requirement : When Lead is Rejected Automatically QM Activity should be created and Auto assigned to QM Team (Position Type = Call center QM and and call center Lead), based on work load distribution. Assign QM-Activity to QM Team based on Division ,Positions and Employee.

Assignment criteria and Workload distribution criteria:

1st Level: Position Type = CALL CENTER QM with threshold = 35

2nd Level: Position Type = CALL CENTER QM TEAM LEAD

Client requirement is Division and product Type(driving from Lead) should be parameterised in LOVs.
