Execution Detail

We have an "Execution Detail" option in "Submitted Jobs", so that we can see the Data Selection and Processing Options of the Version,

Is there any way to see the Execution Detail option for IV applications? like "P4205" Ship confirmation Application, Run one month back, what was the processing option at that time,
