Time unit of measures

Hello Team,

Not sure what is the issue currently I am not able to get the any unit under the 'User Unit' LOV, already defined the separate UOM with TIME class and did the conversion also.

I followed the KB article How to Add a Custom UOM For Use in Service Contract (Doc ID 1572295.1)

Profile option also set as Time ( Time unit of Measure)

Please review the below screen and advice at the earliest.
