How to load data to Demantra staging tables from excel format?

Hi Experts,

I have data in Microsoft excel format for Items, Locations and Sales History. Please suggest steps to upload to demantra staging tables. I don't have TOAD installed in my machine. Suggest. Thanks in advance.
