Error coming in Parts Requirement form

Hi All,

Error coming as attached screenshot in 'Parts Requirement' form. Error is coming while clicking on 'Create Order' form.

I have checked document 'Cannot Display Page Error When Processing Parts Requirement Order (Doc ID 2178361.1)' and checked related setups for this item. Even though error is not going.

Please check this.
