How to Create LOV in Update Page of Custom OAF Page

HI,

I have to add LOV's in Update page of Custom OAF page.

i created LOV's in Create and search form, Those LOV's are working properly. the same steps i followed and create LOV in update page. when i click on LOV in Update page it is not responding means No Action.

Please Give your valuable suggestions to add LOV in update page.
