Self service users see cancelled vehicle mileage claims

Hello,

We're on EBS 12.1.3.

As of a couple of days ago our self service users can see claims that they have half-entered but then cancelled on their vehicle mileage claims page.

So from Self Service responsibility they go the the claims page and click on "Create New Mileage Claim".

They enter the mileage and click on "Continue".

At this point they click on "Cancel", and confirm "Yes" to the next message. However this claim is now shown on their claims page alongside their approved claims. The approval status column is blank.

There have been no changes to the system, e.g. patches, upgrades.
