How to restrict Pick Release from Staging Subinventory

Hi All

I have a requirement to stop Pick Release from Staging Subinventory because they are already pick released against some other Sales Order. However, if we do not have any on hand in any of the subinventory other than staging, pick release program picks it up.

Even if some Sales Orders were backordered and quantity not moved to Main Subinventory. We still do not want to pick from Staging Subinventory.

Is there something we can do to stop this pick release happening from Staging Subinventory ?
