Canada Tax - Deliver Province for Tax calculation from a GL segment

Hi,

We have setting up Canadian Taxes for AP and it is working pretty good, however for bussiness reasons, they want to deliver the Tax Calculation from a GL Segment (called PROVINCE) instead of the Vendor's address Province.

Any idea how can we manage this requirement?

I was thinking to create Factor/condition set's including the GL segments and then with Rules, but additional ideas will be appreciated
