Delete Contact using DELETE MATCHES in EIM

Dear Team,

We are working on Siebel 8.1.1.3 Public Sector and are planning to delete 'QC' contacts which has been created in bulk for Performance Testing purpose.
Our requirement is like Delete QC contacts where:
1. S_Contact.BIRTH_DT = '01-JAN-1976'
2. S_CASE_PER.TYPE_CD = 'QC'
3. S_CASE_PER.X_ACTIVE_FLG = 'Y'

S_CASE_PER is intertable for Contact and Case.

Please let me know if this is possible with single IFB file.

Note: QC is a type of contact stored in S_CASE_PER table.
