Time Clock behavior in Depot Technician Portal Page

Hello,

Came across an observation and wanted to confirm if the  behavior is expected.

In Tech Portal User A (technician), uses clock in button to start repair job. Issue device, request part. Clocks out once the repair job is complete (WIP job completed). User A can see all the details in the Time Clock region and see when was the repair clock in started and completed.

Another User B (who has not performed anything on the repair order) accessing the same repair order/ service request, do not see the Clock in details in Time Clock section region.

Is the above intended behavior or in other words does the clock in details visible  only to the User A (technician) who has performed  work on the repair job.
