Hello - how is the Pricing Date determined when importing Actuals from WIP in Depot Repair?

I've made pricing changes in a modifier based on start and end-dates and they are not applying.

I expect it has to do with the Pricing Date.

1. how is the Pricing Date dtermined?

2. where is the date stored on the service order (like OM: Sales Order, at the line)
