Unable to view a set of reports in Carousel - visible though in "View Job" status

Hello All,

We are on JDE Rel 9.1 with TR 9.2.1.0. We are facing an issue with one of our users (using IE browser) not being able to view the icon of a report in "Recent Reports" in Carousel. The placeholder shows as BLANK (please refer screenshot) but can be clicked. It happens occasionally and the icon becomes visible if user logs out and log back in.

As an alternative, the user can access "View Job" status drop down  in the header but would like to know why the issue is coming in Carousel. Is there a bug # for this?
