Quick hire (P060116Q) - NN Employee Master and Address Book

When trying to add employee records using Employee Quick Hire (P060116Q), you can set an Employee Quick Hire processing option to specify whether the new employee information updates the Employee Master Information (F060116), Address Book Master (F0101), etc tables as you complete the process.

My question is how does one ensure that the Next Numbers are in synch (F0101/F060116) for the employees being added? Is this need to be done manually as in find out the maximum AN8 in F0101 and specify the same?
