p03b2002- Work with Customer Ledger Inquiry

Hello,

P03B202 - Work with Customer Ledger inquiry.

When the user is trying to inquire a doc type no data appears. The user has to logged out of JDE then log in again so that P03B202 works properly.

The user has reported that this happens several times daily.

(However when tested in the test and production environment. No issue.)

Does anyone knows what can be the issue please?
