Resource Utilization Chart Instantis

Hi,

I have the following quires regarding instantis Enterprise Track 16.1 .

I created a project and assign a resource to the activity. But when i see the resource utilization it is showing the zero utilization. Kindly provide your valuable comments for the resource utilization. More over i am getting the following error when i click resource utilization chart under Global reports.
