Grower Management: use for EUR when growing vegetables

I'm implementing Grower Management for the first time. My customer grows vegetables, no wine. I'm reading about the EUR's but don't yet understand the use for this

regarding vegetables.

Are there any examples available for applying EUR's in combination wit vegetables. I don't quit understand this functionality, sorry.
