Warehouse pick request and suggestion

When we create a pick request it goes to status 200. Once suggested it is in status 220 and the suggestion in status 340.

Our situation is that we have both the request in 220 and the suggestion in 340 existing.

Shouldn't we only have the suggestion 340 only?
