Fetch from table F0010 failed

Hi,

We are getting "Fetch from table F0010 failed" only for one user while performing the Purchase order receiving.(P4312)

We have checked all security setup. All is correct.

Even when we are doing the transaction form our end using his ID, then we are not getting the error.

When user is doing on his system, at that time he is getting error. Sometimes, he is able to perform the transaction with error. and Sometimes he is facing the issue.

Other users are not getting this error though they have the same security applied as this user.

We have cleared database cache also we have reset his password. Then also he is facing the issue.
