Error message is displayed while updating an Quality plan result.

Hi all,

I am getting an error message while updating existing quality plan result. can you please let me know what could be the cause of the error? why i am not able to update the result.

Please find the screenshot of the error. I am trying to update comments column only not sure why the validation trigger is displaying
