Hello Gurus,

We see this error message coming up sometimes when we try booking sales orders - 'Order is not eligible for Booking. Check workflow status for this order'

This seems to be sporadic and not specific to order types or scenarios.

As a temporary workaround and purely based on the urgency, we cancel the SO and create a new one to proceed but this may not be the best practice.

Is there a way these errors can be negated and if they do occur is there a datafix script or any action that the user can take to fix it themselves.
