EBS R12: auditing apps user in database

Hi,

We have a requirement to enable audit for  "apps" user.  Basically we need to audit any update to standard oracle ebs tables from backend.    These are items we need to audit

  • audit insert/update/delete  for ebs tables done using "sqlplus" only  (backend updates)
  • audit  create or replace procedure for procedure owned by apps user.

Please let us know, if this can be done.
