TFA oratop fails

I receive the following errors when running oratop from tfactl however this is the database instance as can be seen 'TTP'. Nothing I do seems to make this tool work.

TTP tfactl> oratop

Instance is not running on locanode. Cannot run command in remote node as non-root user

Either execute command from node where instance is running or specify connection information like below.
