SR status non-editable for certain responsiblities

Hello,

Want to check if we can make SR status field non-editable for certain responsibilities. Only SR status field needs to be non-editable, but still users should be able to create SR and edit other fields. Looking for any function/menu exclusion without doing any personalization.

Attached screenshot for reference.

Any insight on the above is really appreciated.
