We are in R12.1.3 and using Excel 2016 and IE11.

We have done all the below setups

Oracle Apps R12 Help: Web-ADI Template Settings for Microsoft Excel

And when we are trying to load a WEBADI it gives "Your document is being created. Do not close this window until processing completes." and never completes.

Any one facing same issue?
