V$SESSION - increase program and module size

Hi,

for security reasons I want to check what executables are accessing the DB, but in Windows instead of a name we get a path. And 48 characters is not enough to understand what is the underlying program/module. Is it possible to increase their size?

I would appreciate if you could provide a documentation reference.
