kanban Requirment

Hi Experts,

i have 2 questions request your answers/experience,

Business wants to create 2 Kanban card for same item , where quantity would be different . i tried this but system does not allow this...Anybody have idea on this to achieve through seeded function?

Then move order will be generated when we replenish but business expect that transact move order should also happen automatically. This can be done through seeded functionality?
