Work center wise Depreciation

Hi,

There is a requirement from the User that they want to add Plant & Machinery depreciation alone in respective work center.

This is a Engineering based company and using Job costing for capturing project related costs.

My doubt is if we add the depreciation to work center, how do we run the monthly depreciation from FA module? 

How do we approach this?
