P4210 Committed

Dear ,

i use JDE 9.1.5.

i have the following problem:

1.when i enter item XXX in P4210 it give me the below warning:

Order Quantity Exceeds what's Available

2. save SO then print pick slip will cancelled the line with this next status =999 and last status =982

please see the attachment .

available qty=  -3138

committed= 3638

my concern from how Committed QTY calculated as i check in F4211 where next status <620 i can find only 2568 Quantity(Soft + Hard) so from where the additional qty come in item availability application?
