I am getting an error when creating a document navigation create document "oracle.apps.bne.repositor

I am getting an error when creating a document navigation create document "oracle.apps.bne.repository.BneInterfaceCol.loadInterfaceColsMap" the document is creating, when opening I getting error "Fatal error: Please have your system administrator view the bne.log file.

java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: oracle.apps.bne.repository.BneInterfaceCol.loadInterfaceColsMap(Loracle/apps/bne/framework/BneWebAppsContext;Loracle/apps/bne/framework/BneKey;Loracle/apps/bne/framework/BneKey;Ljava/lang/String;)Ljava/util/Hashtable;

Please contact your support representative." What is the cause and how to fix the issue?
