iReceivables - Additional Customer Access
Client is implementing iReceivables 12.1.3. Due to other systems for OM, customer numbers may not match customer numbers in Oracle. Client would like to register customers themselves. They do not want to use "Self Registration".
We have configured the "Self-Registration" process and will have "admin users" register on behalf of customers.
Issue: Customers may have 100's of reciprocal agreements in the current customer base. Because iRec does not recognize the reciprocal functionality, admin users will have to use 'Manage customer Access" to add these additional Customer Accounts to the Customer/User.
Question: can a current program be created (based on existing reciprocal relationships) to assign the additional accounts to the customer/user without having to go through the 5 pages of the "Manage Account Access" functionality?
