OTL: Timecard has overriding approver but approval notification goes to HR Supervisor
We are on Oracle 12.1.3.
We are experiencing an inconsistent issue where an employee had an overriding approver on their timecard but when timecard is submitted it sends the approval notification to the HR supervisor and not the overriding approver. This is a hit-miss issue and I have not been able to readily reproduce it.
We have two approval styles:
(1) ORAU Approvals
