Request "Close Process - Create Income Statement Closing Journals" is not closing all accounts

We are running the request "Close Process - Create Income Statement Closing Journals" expecting that all the accounts are bring back to value zero.

This is correct for the most of the accounts but for some accounts the value journal is created only partially.

All the transactions are posted. What else can be the problem?
