Reactivate party with account issue
Hi gurus,
I'm on 12.2.4 and it look I cannot reactivate a party from customer OnLine Data Librarian super user resp.
I go to Data Quality tab
I navigate "Party Maintenance"
I Search for an Inactive party (by name, by account number)
in result tab I try to change status column from Inactive to Active.
The page is saying
Confirmation
Your changes have been saved.
But the party status remains Inactive.
The issue has been verified both on prod and test env.
Others parties do not have the same issue.
Any idea about?
