Is anyone else having this problem the preview prints in seq defined

Tax ID - Federal . . . . . . . . . . . . 001

Tax ID . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 002

Type of Return . . . . . . . . . . . . . 003

Supplier Combining Address Number. . . . 004

Its the same way in Write Media but its printing in Supplier Address number .....?????????
