Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Does anyone know how long an Oracle DB of 9i or greater can sustain a stale NFS mount?

I remember reading a long time ago what the values were, but can no longer find it.

I know it can sustain them, because they have happened to me before without the DB crashing, but can't remember the max time, before the DB crashes
