R3002Z1I does not check for item branch record

we are uploading BOM using P3002Z1 and then running R3002Z1I. In this case, system does not check if the item branch record does exist for component item, system checks only if the item master is available for component. If available, the system creates the bill of material record with the same branch plant used for the parent item.

When we create a BOM using P3002. System validates the item branch record based on the processing option of the application and the "On-Line BOM Validation" option in manufacturing constants.

Could you please confirm that system does not validate the item branch record for the component item and parent item when the BOM is uploaded using P3002Z1. Thank you.
