Re-Extract Local Database

I am using Siebel IP 2016.

Upon first starting Siebel Tools or Siebel Client, you get prompted with the message along the lines of "No local database has been found." Click Yes and enter Remote Client info and it downloads the database from the server.

After that point, any synchronization between server and local databases seems to have to be done manually.

Is there any way to restart this process. The executables are found in Tools\bin folder, but they won't start without the proper arguments which are probably called by Siebel internally.

Is this at all possible?
