T4-1 SUN4V-8002-RA - Address-out-of-bounds Error

Hi

I have encountered a OS panic and it is showing the error belowin fmadm.

I am able to boot into the OS now.

From the document of SUN4V-8002-RA, it says to upgrade firmware if needed.

I am planning to upgrade the firmware as suggested as the version is quite old, dated back 2013.

Other than firmware upgrading, what other troubleshooting steps can i do?

I have checked through the ILOM snapshots and it doesn't seem to be a hardware failure.

The document doesn,t say anything else.

This event looked suspicious to me and it could be a power problem with the MB which i have seen many times before.
