what major changer and precautions required during the updgrade JDE 9.2.0.1 to 9.2.1.0

Dear Team ,

We are at implementation stage of JDE 9.2.0.1 but we want to upgrade the TR to 9.2.1.0 before implementation, so how much time it will take and is there any big changes required like(E812 - E900) or we can do just upgrade through SM to TR 9.2.1.0
