Run-Time Error 1004 and 91

Hello - We have 2 users that are currently using Office 2010 and are on IE 11, Windows 7.  When they log into R12.2. go into Report Manager and try to a view a report one user get the error: Run-time error '91':Object variable or With block variable not set and the other user gets Run time error : 1004 Method 'VB Project' of object '_workbook' failed.

They are also getting these error when trying to create a template.

We have updated the settings advised by some of the documents out there, which I have listed below.  They are still have these issue.  Users with 2007 are able to view these reports.
