How to migrate an assignment set?

Hello,

I created an assignment set with many specific items within it.  Is there an easy way to migrate it to another environment, or do I have to rebuild it?  The assignment set is for an eligibility profile for an OLM learner group.  Is there something like an fndload that will extract its details, and load them into another database?
